At Pet Safar, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

The product must be returned with its original packaging.

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Pet food and treats

Personalized or custom-made products

Gift cards

Clearance or final sale items

Products damaged due to misuse

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

We will review the request and offer either:

A replacement, or

A full refund (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

International Orders

International returns and refunds may vary depending on the destination country and shipping partner. Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, and return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
